About the position

At Perido, we are looking for a procurement administrator for our client, an authority responsible for infrastructure, coordination, and operational activities related to critical societal functions. The authority has implemented a new business system, IFS Cloud. In connection with this, the procurement and e-commerce function is in a development phase where working methods, routines, and collaboration need to be further developed and streamlined. The assignment primarily takes place at the client's office in Norrköping, with some possibility for remote work after agreement.

Your responsibilities

The role involves working in the procurement unit and contributing to the development and quality assurance of processes within procurement and e-commerce, with a particular focus on orders within e-commerce. The role is close to operations and involves administrative and coordinating support within the procurement function.

The tasks include, among others:

• Developing and documenting internal processes and routines related to procurement and e-commerce
• Registering and administering new suppliers
• Ensuring that price lists and items are made orderable
• Providing support to users regarding e-commerce and contract catalog inquiries
• Administering contract updates in existing systems
• Managing administrative tasks within the procurement unit, such as:
• - Orders and quote requests
• - Contract extensions
• - Follow-ups and price adjustments
• - Record-keeping
• Conducting training initiatives

Qualifications (the requirements below must be met and clearly stated in the CV):

• High school diploma or equivalent education, YH education as a procurement officer or equivalent education, or other education with a focus on procurement/tendering at the university level
• At least one (1) year of work experience as a procurement assistant
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The assignment can last up to a total of 2 years. Start around 2026-04-01, after a successful background check.
